Each assessment costs one credit. When you purchase a pack, the credits are added to your account immediately after payment. You can use them at any time — there's no expiry.
Can I share credits with my team?
Credits are currently tied to the purchasing account. Each team member should create their own account; the buyer can purchase individual credits and share login access, or we can arrange invoiced team access — get in touch.
What happens after I buy?
Credits appear in your account as soon as payment is confirmed. You'll see your balance on your profile page and you can start an assessment immediately.
