How do credits work?
Each assessment costs one credit. When you purchase a pack, the credits are added to your account immediately after payment. You can use them at any time — there's no expiry.
Can I share credits with my team?
Yes — team owners can fund a shared credit pool and invite members by email. When someone accepts an invitation, a credit from the pool is automatically transferred to their account so they can take the assessment straight away. You can top up the pool or withdraw credits back to your own account at any time from the team dashboard.
What happens after I buy?
Credits appear in your account as soon as payment is confirmed. You'll see your balance on your profile page and you can start an assessment immediately.
Is this based on a validated framework?
The four colour energies model is based on Jungian personality typology and is widely used in team development and coaching contexts. It's designed to be a practical conversation tool, not a clinical instrument.
Can I retake the assessment?
Yes — each retake uses one credit. Retaking after a significant life or role change can produce meaningfully different results.
